Hihi Nutters (",)
I was at the Watsons Members' sale yesterday and I went home with these Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips. They were on 25%+5% off during the member sale. They sell for $17.90 and after the discount, I got them for less than $13 (",)
I've always thought that it is going to be a huge and painful challenge to put these nail decals on but I am sooOoo sooOooo wrong... (",)
I picked up Not a Peep! and Mad for Plaid from the 2012 Spring collection. Most of the colours in this collection are pastel and pale... I prefer the floral and lace ones from the previous collection. The little chicks will go well on The Tod's toes (",) I think after having tried these decals with success, I am gonna be looking out for the next collection for new designs!
In most of the videos that I saw online, one strip was used for one nail but on This video, I noticed that the lady made use of one strip for two nails which only made sense coz the strip itself is rather long and it would be such a waste if I threw away the other half.
I sealed the strip on my pointer and pinky on both hands and filled in the other nails with Vintage Grey by Petites Color Fever (top) and Zanna by Zoya (below) (",)
I put the nail strips on at about 11pm last night and took these pics in the evening today... so a good number of hours had passed and the decals are still in really good condition (",) I wasn't doing my chores gingerly either... so I must say, these nail strips are easy to stick on and great to have on (",) I read on some blogs that these strips can be further preserved by adding a layer of topcoat. I am definitely going to do so tomorrow to prevent the possibility of 'chipping'. I guess these nail decorations are less harmful to nails than regular nail polish, so yeah!
Talk to you ladies sooN!
